Can
I get a refund or make a change to my order once I've
made an on-line purchase?
If you cannot attend a show time for which you have
purchased tickets on-line, you must pick up your pre-paid
tickets at the theatre prior to the scheduled performance time of your selected film
in order to receive a refund.
If you pick your tickets up after the scheduled
performance time of your selected film, but still on
the same day the tickets were to be used, guest passes
will be issued in lieu of a refund.
If
you do not pick up your tickets from the theatre prior
to or on the same day you selected to see your movie
unfortunately there can be no compensation issued.
As with concert tickets and sporting event
tickets you “own” a seat for a particular
performance and we are unable to resell your seat
if you cannot attend; therefore you are financially
responsible for the tickets you purchased.
MovieTickets.com
is not able to offer refunds or exchanges of tickets
purchased on MovieTickets.com. Before purchasing your
tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and
location of the movie you wish to see. At the time
of your order, MovieTickets.com removes the requested
ticket quantity from the theater’s inventory,
reducing the number of seats available for the chosen
show time. While this allows us to provide our customers
with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents
Krikorian and MoveTickets.com from reselling tickets
in the event that the purchaser does not attend their
chosen show time.
Internet
service fees will not be refunded.
I
purchased tickets on the internet for the wrong date.
Can I

How
and when can I pickup my tickets once I've made a
purchase on MovieTickets.com?
You can
pickup your tickets at the theater as soon as you've
completed your online purchase. There is no need to
wait until the day of the show.
Once you have completed your purchase, a confirmation
page will provide you with information on what you'll
need to pick up (redeem) your tickets at the theater,
and how to get them.
You will also receive a confirmation email
at the address you provided that also contains this
information.
You
MUST bring the credit/debit card used to purchase
the tickets, picture I.D., and a printout of the confirmation
page to the theater.
Why
is a service charge/fee added to the price of each
ticket and how much is it?
As a free service to all of our users, MovieTickets.com
provides show times, movie listings, and theater information
for Krikorian Theatres. We provide this service free
of charge so that our customers always have access
to the information they need to plan a trip to the
movies.
However,
MovieTickets.com is an independent company and does
not receive any portion of the theater ticket revenues.
The nominal per ticket service fee is charged by MovieTickets.com
so that we may continue providing our customers with
a convenient on line ticketing service.
Can
I reserve tickets through MovieTickets.com and pay
for them when I get to the theatre?
Unfortunately this is not possible. When you place
an order with MovieTickets.com, you are purchasing
tickets and not just reserving them. On the completion
of an order, your credit/debit card will be charged
for the amount indicated.
If
you do not pick up your tickets from the theatre prior
to or on the same day you selected to see your movie
unfortunately there can be no compensation issued.

Theatre Box Office or Kiosk Ticket Purchases
Can
I get a refund when I purchase tickets at the theatre
box office?
If you
cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased
tickets, you must take your UNUSED (not torn) tickets
to the theatre box office on the same day that you
purchased them in order to receive a refund.
If
you do not take your tickets to the theatre box office
on the same day they were purchased but do take them
to the theatre within 24hours after the date printed
on the tickets, we will be able to issue guest passes
in lieu of a refund.
Unfortunately there can be no compensation
issued for any tickets that are taken to the theatre
after 24 hours from the time that they were originally
purchased.
As
with concert tickets and sporting event tickets once
you purchase a ticket you “own” a seat
for a particular performance and we are unable to
resell your seat if you cannot attend; therefore you
are financially responsible for the tickets you purchased.

What is the Premiere Ticket Program?
The Premiere Ticket Program is designed for companies,
organizations, and groups that are interested in saving
money by purchasing movies tickets in bulk.
Krikorian Premiere Tickets make great employee benefits,
customer incentives, sales rewards, thank you gifts,
account generators, referrals and marketing premiums.
Imagine your employees seeing movies for over 30%
off the regular adult rate!!
Are the tickets restricted?
Premiere Tickets have NO restrictions, unlike most
other movie theatre’s group sales ticket programs.
However, there may be a time that a studio imposes
restrictions on a certain film for a short period
of time. We must abide by these studio imposed restrictions
or lose the right to play certain films.
When can I use the tickets?
The tickets may be used for any regularly scheduled
show at any Krikorian Theatre seven days a week.
The tickets are NOT valid for LFX performances or
other non-scheduled or premium events.
What do the tickets cost?
Tickets are $6.50 each beginning on June 1, 2006
How many do I have to buy?
Tickets must be purchased in blocks of 50.
Why do I have to buy so many?
The Premiere Ticket Program is designed for those
businesses, groups, organizations, or individuals
that wish to purchase tickets in bulk, thereby saving
almost 30% off the regular admission ticket price.
Do the tickets expire?
Krikorian Premiere Tickets have no expiration date.
How can I pay for the tickets?

Express, money orders, cashier checks, and approved
company checks.

Once
I’ve purchased tickets what do I do with them?
You must exchange the Premiere Ticket at the theatre
box office for a regular admission ticket.
Can
I use Premiere Tickets on MovieTickets.com?
At this time this is not an option. MovieTickets.com
only accepts credit cards for ticket transactions.
I
can’t use all my tickets. May I get I
refund?
There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets have
been purchased.
Once
I buy a Premiere Ticket, am I guaranteed a seat for
my movie?
Your Premiere Ticket does NOT guarantee you a seat
at any time. You must take your Premiere Ticket
to the box office and exchange it for a regular admission
ticket.
Can
I sell the Premiere Tickets to my friends, or co-workers?
The Premiere Tickets may be re-sold for the face value
only. The tickets may NOT be sold for any reason
over the stated face value ($6.00 until May 31, 2006
and $6.50 from June 1, 2006 on). You may sell
the tickets for less than their face value.
Can
I give my tickets to friends and relatives?
There are no restrictions on giving tickets away once
they have been purchased from Krikorian Theatres.
In fact, the tickets make great gifts and incentives.
I
want to use the tickets for fundraising. How
can I do this?
There is a fund raising program available for schools
and school districts. If you have questions
on how to use our School Days Ticket Program to raise
funds for your school, please call 310-856-1270 x118
and speak with one of our Premiere Ticket Team Members.
I’ve
lost my Premiere Tickets, can I get new ones?
Unfortunately, there can be no replacements or exchanges
for lost or damaged tickets.
The
movie I want to see costs less than the price of the
Premiere Ticket. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds available for the Premiere Program.
The program was designed to provide discounts off
the regular adult admission prices. The tickets
are, however, accepted for all regularly scheduled
movies.

What is the Premiere Ticket Fund Raising
Program?
The Premiere Ticket Fund Raising Program is designed
for schools and school organizations (PTA / PTO) to
raise much needed funds without resorting to selling
other products that have lost their appeal.
Krikorian
Premiere Tickets make great employee benefits, customer
incentives, sales rewards, thank you gifts, account
generators, referrals and marketing premiums, so they’re
very easy to sell. After all, who doesn’t
want to save over 30% off the regular admission
price of a movie?
What
do the tickets cost?
Normally the tickets are $6.50 each and sold in blocks
of 50, but you get a special rebate (see the next
question).
How does my school make money?
Your school receives an instant 10% rebate when you
purchase the tickets. Your school pays $5.85
per ticket, when purchased in blocks of 50 and sells
the tickets for $6.50 each and keeps 10% ($0.65)
of every ticket sold!!
Can the tickets be sold for more than
$6.50?
The Premiere Tickets may be re-sold for the face value
of $6.50 only. The tickets may NOT be sold for
any reason over the stated face value. Any school
or organization that sells the tickets for more than
their face value will be immediately removed from
the program and will not be able to participate in
any fund raising program in the future.
Who can I sell the Premiere Tickets
to?
The best bet for instant sales and lots of profit
is to sell to the following groups:
Friends
Family
Neighbors
Local Businesses
Churches
Other Groups
How do we track the tickets sold?
Each ticket has a stub that has the same number as
the ticket itself. When the stickets are distributed
to students they are assigned by the numbers on the
tickets and when the student sells each ticket they
tear off the stub and return with their money for
verification of the sale.
In
other words, a student is assigned and sells 10 tickets.
That student will return $65.00 and 10 stubs.
How many does my school have to buy?

Are
Gift Cards refundable or redeemable for cash?
No, they are not refundable or redeemable. However,
many customers enjoy giving Krikorian Gift Cards as
gifts specifically because the cards can only be used
in our theatres.
Where
can I check my Gift Card balance?
You can check the remaining balance on your Reel Dollars
Gift Card at www.kptmovies.com, or by asking for your
balance at one of our Theatres.
Where
can I reload funds to my Gift Card?
To reload funds on your Krikorian Gift card, simply
visit the box office or guest services area at any
one of our theatres in California.
Can
my Gift Card be used for ticket and concession items?
Yes, Krikorian Gift Cards are always welcome at the
box offices and concession stands at any of our fine
theatres. They will also be accepted online in early
2005 for purchases made on the Krikorian website.
What
theatre chains accept your Gift Cards?
Our Gift Cards are accepted at all Krikorian Theatres
in Southern California.
How
can I use Krikorian Gift Cards?
Most customers buy Krikorian Gift Cards to use themselves,
just for the sheer convenience of having pre-paid
access to our box offices and concession stands. But
that’s just the beginning. Many people also
stock up on our Gift Cards to give to others. Gift
Cards are the perfect, people-pleasing present for
every occasion you could possibly think of, and for
every person on your gift-giving list. Movie lovers
are everywhere!
When
do Gift Cards expire?
There is no expiration on Krikorian Gift Cards.
How
can I pay for Gift Cards?
Krikorian Gift Cards can be purchased online with
a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express cards. You
may also purchase them at any one of our theatres.
Can
I order Gift Cards over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders, since all orders must
include acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Your
submission of an online order automatically indicates
your acceptance of these terms.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
All Standard Service orders via UPS Ground are shipped
on the business day following the receipt of your
order. You will receive your order within 3-5 business
days from your order date.
Is
overnight shipping available?
Absolutely! Overnight and 2-day shipping is available
for an additional charge on all orders placed before
1:30pm PST. PLEASE NOTE: all orders received after
1:30pm PST are shipped on the following business day.

Is
my gift card good on movietickets.com?
No. Your gift card may only be used to purchase tickets
and concession items at our theaters.
What
happens if I lose my card?
Keep your card safe, as you would cash. They are not
replaceable if they are lost or stolen.
What
happens if my card is damaged?
We will be a able to access your account via the card
number printed on the back of the card.
Am
I allowed to pay using a combination of my gift card,
cash, debit card, and/or credit card?
Absolutely. When using a gift card that does not cover
the total balance due, the cashier will ask you what
other type of payment you would like to use.
Is
there a min/max amount when reloading my card?
Yes. The minimum amount your may purchase at any time
is $10, this includes re-loads. The maximum a card
may have as a stored value is $1000.
Will
I receive rewards for using my gift card instead of
cash or credit?
No. The gift card acts simply as a more convenient
form of payment. We will be launching a new loyalty
program in 2005, in which you will earn credits for
great prizes and rewards.
Can
I cash out my gift card?
No. Once a gift card has been loaded it may only be
redeemed for merchandise, tickets and concession items.
How
do I get a free popcorn?
It’s simple. All you have to do is re-load (after
an initial purchase) your gift card with at least
$50 and we will give you a coupon for a free popcorn
as our thanks for being a loyal Krikorian movie-goer.
