How can I register?
You can request a Premiere Club card and registration form at any Krikorian Premiere Theatres Box Office terminal.

Why do you need my address?
Your Premiere Club card will be mailed to the address provided, as will any future gifts we may want to send you. The information provided is for in-house use only and Krikorian Premiere Theatres (KPT) promises to not sell or rent personal information to third-party companies. Do I earn points when making a purchase on Fandango.com?
Currently you cannot earn points through the Fandango.com website. When visiting the theatre, please ask a theatre manager to fill out a Manual Adjustment Form. Ticket stubs or receipts must be attached in order for the corporate office to add points. This must be done on the day of your visit.

Do I earn points when making a purchase of Premiere Tickets, Fundraisers or Gift Cards online?
While you will not be rewarded points when making a purchase of these items online, you will receive points when redeeming your discount tickets at the box office or using your Krikorian Gift Card at your local Krikorian Premiere Theatre.

Do I earn points when purchasing my movie tickets through the kiosk?
Yes. Be sure to swipe your Premiere Club card when prompted.

How will I receive my rewards?
Every time you hit a rewards threshold, a redemption coupon will automatically print at the Box Office, Kiosk or Concession Stand register.

What happens if I lose my Premiere Club card?
Please request a replacement card from any Krikorian Premiere Theatres Box Office terminal.  Make sure that you fill out the registration form in its entirety and include any additional information that may assist us in locating your account in our records.  We will make every effort to tranfer points to a new card as long as we can locate the previous account in our system. 

How do I earn points?
By continuing to go to the movies at Krikorian Premiere Theatres. Be sure to present your Premiere Club card before any transaction at the box office or the concession stand. You will earn one point for every dollar spent (maximum 25 points per card, per day of visit).
What happens when I purchase tickets for a future date?
Points for tickets purchased in advance are applied on the date that you will visit us to see the film and contribute towards that days 25 point per day of visit maximum.  

How can I check my point balance?
Your current point balance prints on a receipt after every transaction.  You can also email rewards@kptmovies.com to request your balance.

Do my points ever expire?
Never!

I forgot to present my card prior to the transaction being made. How can I receive my points?
Let the theatre manager know and they will fill out a Manual Adjustment Form. Ticket stubs or receipts must be attached in order for the corporate office to add points. This must be done on the day of your visit. Old receipts will not be accepted.

How do I change my address or personal information associated with my Premiere Club card?
Simply email rewards@kptmovies.com with your card number and notify us of your change request. A Premiere Club team member will contact you within 48 business hours to confirm any changes.

How do I replace a lost/stolen/damaged card?
Please request a replacement card from any Krikorian Premiere Theatres Box Office terminal.  Make sure that you fill out the registration form in its entirety and include any additional information that may assist us in locating your account in our records.  Also, please make sure to check the box next to "Replacement"  We will make every effort to tranfer points to a new card as long as we can locate the previous account in our system.  Transfers are generally processed within 10 business days. 

I received a free small popcorn/drink reward, can I upgrade to a medium?
Premiere Club rewards are only redeemable for the stated item and do not have any cash value towards an upgrade.

How do double-points days work?
Instead of earning 1 point for every $1, you will earn 2 points for every $1! Spend the same amount of money, but earn more points! (maximum 25 points per card, per day of visit)

Is my card good at all Krikorian Premiere Theatre locations?
Yes!

I lost my reward coupon, can I get a replacement?
We are unable to issue replacements for lost rewards coupons.

I can’t find my rewards coupon; can the cashier just look up my points and know I’ve earned a reward?
You must present your rewards coupon in order to redeem it. The cashier does not know whether or not a rewards coupon has been redeemed

My reward coupon expired before I could redeem it, can I get a replacement?
We are unable to issue replacements for expired rewards coupons.

I hit 500 points; do I go back to zero points?
No. Your points continue to accumulate and the rewards cycle repeats. For example, when you reach 550 points, you receive the same reward you did at 50 points.

I received a replacement card, but when I used it at the theatre, I didn’t have my points. Do I lose my points when I get a replacement card?
If your new Premiere Club card is not reflecting points from an account that you had requested to have transferred more than 15 business days prior, please contact rewards@kptmovies.com with as much identifying information as possible.  We may not have been able to locate your previous account.

What happens if I pass a rewards threshold, but don’t get a rewards coupon?
E-mail rewards@ktpmovies.com and a Premiere Club team member will look into the issue.

Do I get anything for my birthday?
Yes. If your birth month is on-file, we automatically add 20 points to your account during your birthday month.
